2.26 (Sun) – Ab Ripper X; assisted pull ups, GPU; [slept hungry]
2.27 (Mon) – PU PU – 1 Scoop
2.28 (Tues) – Arms & Shoulders (70%) – 1 Scoop Pre
2.29 (Wed) – Pecs VRB, Curl all the way up, Pull back.
